Assistant Manager Advisory

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Advisory team in managing and delivering advisory engagements, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis to market assessment, opportunities, and risks for clients.
  • Develop and review financial models, valuations, and analysis to support transaction decision-making.
  • Develop business proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Support the Advisory Manager in leading and mentoring a team of consultants to deliver high-quality work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including marketing, client pitches, and proposal writing.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure that all work is delivered to a high standard and meets client expectations.
Qualifications:
  • CA Finalist/ ACCA or CFA level 2 candidate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of business and financial analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and regulations.
