Job Purpose & Responsibilities
The Assistant Admissions Manager supports the university's enrollment goals by overseeing daily admissions operations, managing applicant pipelines, assisting student recruitment activities, and ensuring high quality experience for prospective students and their families. The role works closely with the Admissions Manager to implement strategies that enhance application processing, offer management, conversion performance and overall service excellence.
Minimum Qualification and Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or any other related field. Master's preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE CAA admissions, equivalency, and compliance processes.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Must have the energy and drive to work in a fast-paced office.
  • Strong analytical and pipeline management skills.
  • High attention to detail and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of admission issues pertaining to enrollment management.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude to promote a healthy cultural climate in Admissions.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills are necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach.
Work Experience
8 years of admissions or student recruitment experience in a university or higher-education environment (UAE or international).
Language proficiency required
Bilingual is preferred (Arabic and English).
