Assistant Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Installation and commissioning of CNC machines.
Maintenance of CNC machines. It might be corrective/preventive maintenances.
Training on Kduct/PalDuct fabrication, if required training report to be submitted
Training/show mockup on joining system of Kducts and palducts.
Inspection of installed Kducts/Palducts, if required reports to be given to the contractors
Investigation visit if any complained received for panels, tapes, adhesives, sealants and flanges
Technical assistance at site for any kind of fabrication, installation or any NCR raised
QC visits to our authorized fabricators
Submit complaint report to the complaint team after the investigation
Taking inventory of CNC spare stocks and notifying the maintenance Engineer of low or depleted supplies.
Promptly responding to the requests for emergency maintenance from the customers.
Ensuring that all maintenance equipment is in good working order.
As a help hand with maintenance engineer for major breakdowns and scheduled maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical. 2+ years of experience in maintenance/service field. UAE Driving license.
