Key Responsibilities
- Machine Support: Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery under the guidance of the lead operator.
- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials or finished products into machines; ensure proper material flow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, measure dimensions, and ensure output meets specifications.
- Basic Maintenance: Clean and lubricate machinery, replace minor parts, and report issues to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report hazards or malfunctions.
- Record Keeping: Log production data, such as output quantities or machine downtime, as required.
- Team Assistance: Collaborate with operators, technicians, and other staff to maintain efficient workflow.
