JOB DESCRIPTION:
To implement and coordinate the accurate and effective legal office administrative duties as per the legal protocols policy & procedures to ensure professionalism, efficient and effective office procedures are addressed.
Maintain soft copies of standard templates and formats to facilitate consistent and efficient documentation.
Assist in the maintenance of the filing system for the Legal & Governance Unit (manual and electronic) to ensure effective storage and quick retrieval.
Implement office protocols and inform others of requirements.
Ability to understand, interpret and apply applicable laws, to support legal department in addressing the legal rights and obligations of the company.
Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant experience in a professional services company with preference given to prior legal experience.
