Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Laundry Manager to support a Private VIP Family in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will ensure the impeccable management of laundry operations, maintaining the highest standards of service for a discerning clientele.
Responsibilities::
Assist the Laundry Manager in the efficient operation of the laundry services for the family Supervise laundry staff, providing training and guidance to ensure quality and efficiency Manage laundry supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained Establish and maintain quality control standards to meet the family's expectations Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless service delivery Address any laundry-related requests or issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in laundry management or related roles, ideally in a private household or luxury environment Thorough knowledge of laundry processes, detergents, and fabric care Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours and respond to the family's needs A hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.
