Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Land Surveyor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in establishing primary control points, benchmarks, and site grids for high-rise construction Perform precise horizontal and vertical measurements using advanced surveying instruments (total stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, laser scanners) Conduct as-built surveys to verify that construction aligns with architectural and engineering plans Assist in setting out building foundations, columns, floor plates, and core walls Monitor vertical alignment and plumbness of structures during construction Assist in deformation monitoring surveys to detect settlement, lateral movement, or structural deflection Support elevation control for multi-level construction (floor-to-floor height verification) Participate in crane positioning and safety zone surveys
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 2+ years of experience in related field.
