Key Responsibilities

• Support the IT Manager in daily departmental operations and strategic execution
• Oversee system maintenance, network stability, and cybersecurity protocols
• Lead or assist in IT project delivery, from planning through execution
• Provide technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues
• Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning
• Monitor IT budgets and contribute to financial planning
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet their IT requirements
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to support digital transformation
• Mentor junior IT staff and promote a culture of innovation and service

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of IT management or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of network architecture, servers, and security systems
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and team leadership skills
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise IT tools
• Knowledge of data protection laws and IT governance
• Ability to multitask under pressure and deliver to deadlines
• Flexible availability including occasional off-hours or weekend work
