Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience. Preferably with UAE experience.
Assisting the HR Department with end-to-end recruitment processing.
Sourcing, screening, and arranging interviews of candidates.
Preparing and arranging required documents for processing labour contracts, Emirates ID, Insurance cards, and Residence visas for New, Renewal, and Cancellation employees.
Liaising with appropriate offices to ensure successful transactions for the HR processing.
Improved organizational filing system such as a Masterfile for all the processed documents of both blue collar and white-collar employees.
Assures that expiries are well monitored and renew them ahead of time to avoid penalties.
Performed other administrative functions such as filing paper works, delivering mail, and sorting mail.
Improved office efficiency by effectively managing internal communications and correspondence.
Preferably with experience in Oil and Gas and Construction Industry.
Can join immediately.
Candidate can speak Hindi and English.
