Assist in the formulation of human resource management and administrative management related policies
Handle personnel work, including recruitment, personnel records, performance management, salary calculation, MPF contributions and tax returns, etc.
Assist in administrative and clerical work, including writing letters, circulars, meeting minutes and reports, maintenance, insurance, procurement, file management, etc.
Job Experience:
A degree in human resources/administration/social science or related disciplines is preferred
Good command of written English, familiar with computer operation
3 years or more experience in human resources and administrative management is preferred
Good organisation and communication skills, able to work independently
Familiar with Employment Regulations
