Job Description
Assist the Chief Architect throughout all stages of hotel and hospitality project development. Create architectural and interior design concepts in line with brand guidelines and operational needs. Prepare and update technical drawings and project documentation. Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Adapt architectural plans to meet current tourism regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. Participate in site visits and support on-site coordination activities. Review cost estimates and supplier offers to ensure alignment with the approved project budget.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline. 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture or design roles. Experience or strong interest in hospitality projects such as hotels, restaurants, or catering facilities is considered a plus.
