Hi! Lifemart is looking for a Food Technologist to join our team in Dubai. We are creating the best format of ready-to-eat food stores and changing the world of grocery retail worldwide. Now we\'re setting a startup in Dubai. The store is opening in December 2023. - Learn the recipes for our menu from chefs;
- Control the quality of food preparation process;
- Create and adjust technological cards (SOPs) for Japanese food, sandwiches and various drinks;
- Control the amount and quality of ingredients provided by suppliers, both raw and semi-finished products;
- Comply with the company\'s and country\'s food safety norms and standards;
- Cook dishes from our menu: Japanese food, sandwiches and wraps, various drinks;
- Train new cooks on technology and recipes;
- Calculate the food nutritional facts;
- Ability to work with technological cards and recipes. Main focus is on sandwiches and Japanese cuisine, drinks (smoothies, lemonades, coffee drinks);
- Ability to work with a steam convector - knowledge of the temperature regime and the duration of heating a variety of ready meals;
- English level - B2+. You will have to work with English-speaking chefs and complete Basic Food Safety and Person in Charge attestation.
- Experience cooking dishes from Japanese cuisine (sushi especially) is highly required;
