We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Hairdresser Assistant to support our stylists and ensure smooth daily operations in the salon. The assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, preparing tools and materials, helping stylists during services, and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and guide them to their seats or waiting area.
Assist hairdressers with preparing tools, products, and equipment for each service.
Wash, rinse, and towel-dry clients' hair when needed.
Keep the salon clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Sanitize and store tools properly after each use.
Refill supplies such as towels, shampoos, and styling products.
Support stylists during busy hours and ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a salon is an advantage (not required).
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team and handle busy environments.
Willingness to learn and grow in the hairdressing field.
