Previous experience in a salon or customer service setting (preferred but not always required)
Familiarity with basic hair care products and tools
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interest in hairdressing and beauty services
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and assist senior stylists
Basic knowledge of hair washing, blow-drying, and salon sanitation
Good time management and multitasking ability
Physical stamina (standing for long periods, bending, lifting)
Duties May Include:
Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying clients' hair
Assisting stylists with color mixing, foiling, and treatments
Sweeping, cleaning stations, and sanitizing tools
Scheduling appointments and greeting clients
Restocking and organizing salon products
Ensuring a clean and welcoming salon environment
