Your day to day - Handle guest relations’ tasks to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure. -. Ensure that the IHG One Rewards members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service. -Drive Loyalty Enrolments and Loyalty Recognition. - Inspect VIP rooms prior to arrival and coordinate with other department for any issues. -. Review and screen profile notes for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, preferences, amenities, special requests and previous complains. -. Room allocation and amenities to be prepared for arrivals celebrating any special occasions e.g., Birthdays, Anniversary, Honeymoon and Weddings. -Review and follow-up for any glitch reported, prepare apology notes in coordination along with the Duty Managers. Sending follow-up apology emails or contacting the guests for service recovery. -. Analyzing feedbacks and proving strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating -. Direct, Coach and manage guest relations team including all other sections of front office to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures - Plan and conduct in-room check Ins - Create approach to make the guests stay a memorable one -Actively listen and resolve guest complaints -. Appraise team’s performance and identify opportunities to develop -. Actively participate in team recognition



What we need from you PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC Education • Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Tourism or any Formal hospitality qualifications, desirable Experience • Previous experience in the similar role Technical/ Skills • Competent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and hotel PMS • Competent Oral and Written English Communication Skills • Strong organisational and work co-ordinating skills to handle multiple assignments and projects Personal Attributes • ‘Can do’ attitude and a high level of energy • Self-motivated and able to manage with strong initiative • Professionally groomed • Able to work under pressure and on shift schedule • Adaptable to change Sense of humour
