Job Description

JOB SUMMARY/SCOPE: He will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. He will manage a team of managers and other direct reports. He will make sure an organization is running smoothly and efficiently that meets the expectations and needs of the clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all the operations are cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being. Ensure that all assignments are met in corrective, cost effective fashion in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Enhance the operational systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational sustainability and growth. Contribute towards achievements of companys strategic and operational objectives. Responsible for the profitability of the departments Assures compliance with company safety policies and safety standards. Maintain budget and ensure cost spending is kept within budget Responsible for weekly reporting, monthly projection, and scheduling updates as they relate to the electrical phases of the project. Monitor project performance and identifies areas where new or improved planning can be implemented to improve the quality of existing services as well as recommended means for improvement, including procedural steps, increased training, and enhanced documentations. Refers baselines schedule for the job to monitor and act upon schedule progression. Documents any delays and/or changes done in context to scope of work. Coordinates with inspection staff to ensure all testing and singing offs are being completed. Participates in all meetings and other functions as a member of the project management team. Interface with project owners on weekly basis. Insure implementation of QMS(ISO 9001:2015) & IMS (ISO 14000:2015 & OASA 18001) Ensure that project is executed as per contract and negotiate extra claims for extra work. Experience of project schedule and controls the project time. Make effective strategies on project related issues; contractual, technical, and other to get the best for the company with customers and vendors and sub-contractors. Coordinates with the Estimating Department for all pricing and change orders. Coordinate all material purchases directly or through the procurement department based on project organization QHSE Implementing company HSE & Quality policy & System in Division Driving HSE culture to the division Provide and conduct investigate in case for any incident/accident with QHSE department an submit the report to top management Ensure work procedure/method statement in place for all works. Ensure control budget is made and approved for each project Review of project plan QUALIFICATION: Minimum 10 - 15 year of experiences Bachelor degree in Engineering Gulf experience preferred Computer knowledge in MS Office applications like MS Word, MS excel and MS PowerPoint
