Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations. Address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution. Drive customer satisfaction and retention through engagement initiatives. Support the GM in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
