We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about guest service, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and efficiently oversee all front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and transportation
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and manage guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsible for managing online reviews, maintaining brand reputation, and improving overall rankings.
Train, supervise and motivate front office team members to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Manage duty rosters, room allocations, and daily operational reports.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs and brand standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the Front Office department, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Opera PMS.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong guest-handling abilities.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
