to support the daily operations of our Front Office department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support all front desk, bell, and concierge team members to ensure consistent, exceptional guest service.
Manage check-in/check-out procedures and ensure accurate billing and reservation handling.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating front office staff.
Monitor room inventory and work closely with housekeeping and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Prepare daily reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management tasks.
Maintain compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Lead by example in upholding service standards and guest relations best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of front office experience in a hotel environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible schedule -- must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
