Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily front office operations (check-in/check-out, guest services, concierge)
Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing front office team
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently
Promote hotel services and increase revenue through up-selling and guest loyalty programs
Act as Manager on Duty when required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar role in hospitality
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in
Opera
or similar property management systems
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
