Assistant Food & Beverages Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverages Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and have a strong background in food and beverage service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Food & Beverages Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and beverage offerings
- Train, supervise, and motivate food and beverage staff to provide outstanding service
- Ensure all food and beverage service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with creating and implementing menus and pricing strategies
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverages Manager as needed
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
