We seek a highly skilled and experienced Assistant F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading the Food & Beverage operation of the hotel. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance, and business results.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Assistant F&B Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading the Food & Beverage operation of the hotel. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance, and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Led and managed all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained across all F&B outlets.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimise efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver service excellence and uphold brand standards.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among F&B teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Postgraduate or Degree or three years Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Experience in remote locations and multi-property management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving financial targets.
- Sound knowledge of F&B trends, best practices, and industry regulations
- Integrity and the ability to establish strong work relationships.
- Good analytical skills and cost consciousness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Competent in problem solving, conflict and crisis management
