Responsible for:Managing all aspects of general and financial accounting operations for Dubai Golf entities (including managed properties). Main Duties:Specific responsibilities include:Finance\xc2\xb7 Liaison with the Finance managers at DG to ensure timely closing of books of account.\xc2\xb7 Managing day to day operations of finance-Accounts payable & Receivables\xc2\xb7 Ensuring monthly review of schedules & preparing variance analysis.\xc2\xb7 Attending Business review meetings with owners\xc2\xb7 Manage cash flow planning, preparation of cash flow and ensure availability of funds as needed\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with Banks for daily operational requirement and managing relationships\xc2\xb7 Preparation of financials as per timelines.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of VAT returns as per tax laws.\xc2\xb7 Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analysis to provide insight into the organization\xe2\x80\x99s operations.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate financial reporting requirements of DG(including managed properties) and wasl.\xc2\xb7 Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting.Budgeting & Planning, Policy, and Investor Relations\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and assist in preparation, development and monitoring of budgets.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for driving the budgeting process through financial manager and consolidating the budget.\xc2\xb7 Analyzing key performance indicators, monthly operating results and report significant trends to operational management.\xc2\xb7 Conducting P&L review meetings with club managers, department heads along with finance managers.\xc2\xb7 Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the management team.\xc2\xb7 Remain up to date on audit best practices and IAS laws.Accounting and Administration\xc2\xb7 To ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate audits, both internal and external.\xc2\xb7 Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.\xc2\xb7 Finance organization chart to be constantly reviewed and updated.2.
