Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated academic professional to join our faculty as an Assistant or Associate Professor in Finance/Economics. The successful candidate will contribute to excellence in teaching, research, and academic service in alignment with the institution's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching:

Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Finance and/or Economics. Develop course materials, assessments, and learning activities in line with accreditation standards. Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects or theses. Apply innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools for effective learning.

Research & Publications:

Engage in high-quality research leading to publications in reputable academic journals. Participate in interdisciplinary research initiatives. Seek external research funding and grants where appropriate.

Academic Service:

Participate in curriculum development and program review. Serve on departmental and institutional committees. Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.

Qualifications and Experience:Required:

Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from a recognized university. Demonstrated ability or potential to publish in peer-reviewed journals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of teaching excellence at the university level.

Preferred (for Associate level):

Minimum of 5 years of academic teaching and research experience. A strong track record of publications and funded research projects. Experience with international accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS). Industry experience or practical knowledge relevant to Finance/Economics is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
