Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager will primarily focus on managing banking and cash flow operations, producing analytical financial reports, conducting customer credit assessments, and supporting other finance-related tasks. The role must reflect strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a solid understanding of financial principles and experience in a manufacturing setting.
Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in banking and cash flow management, financial reporting, and customer credit assessment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong grounding in financial principles
• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (preferably F&O)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including financial modelling and data analysis
• Familiarity with credit risk management tools and reporting systems
• Good understanding of IFRS accounting standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in core financial and accounting operations
• Background in a manufacturing or project-based industry is preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, CA, or ACCA are an advantage
