Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to support the

finance function across accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires

strong financial acumen, hands-on execution, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Support month-end and year-end closing activities

? Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards

? Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

? Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow monitoring

? Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory requirements

? Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants

? Support financial controls, policies, and internal audits

? Assist the Finance Manager in strategic financial planning and analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

? Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA - part/full qualified) preferred

? 4-6 years of relevant finance/accounting experience

? Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations

? Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

? Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

? Experience in fintech, tech startups, or fast-growing companies is a plus
