Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Finance Manager
with2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge ofIDS software
andTally ERP
, along with a good understanding of hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the hotel's overall financial operations. Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. Supervise posting and verification of revenue through IDS and Tally. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and department heads for financial reviews. Manage cash flow, petty cash, and banking operations. Provide support to the Finance Manager in all daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2-3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality finance department.
Proficiency in IDS software and Tally ERP is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other hotel accounting compliances. Excellent Excel and reporting skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. JOIN: ImmediatelyJob Type: Full-time
