Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory standards
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
Support internal and external audits, including documentation and coordination
Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance tracking
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance staff
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory or CFA
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit
Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
