The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for supervising accounts personnel, supporting the HOFA in departmental management, and preparing management and regulatory financial reports.

Auditors, Vendors, Ministries, and other relevant parties
Accountabilities
Ensure timely submission of management reports, SBU reports, budgets, and audit requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with finance teams across subsidiaries to gather required financial information.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and external parties during audits and reviews.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and internal reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Monitor compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.
