Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review budgets and forecasts for individual assets and consolidated real estate portfolios
• Produce monthly flash reports within tight timelines for senior leadership
• Develop and analyze financial and operational performance reports and dashboards across asset classes and geographies
• Report KPIs versus benchmarks, provide performance commentary, and highlight risks and improvement areas
• Support consolidated financial reporting requirements across the group
• Contribute to automation initiatives, including Power BI-driven reporting enhancements
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support AFRE leadership and Group Finance decision-making
• Coordinate with finance and business teams across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Morocco
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and apply standards consistently

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional accounting qualification preferred
• Minimum five years of experience with at least two years in FP and A, ideally within real estate, construction, or project environments
• Strong experience with ERP financial systems, preferably SAP, Yardi, or BPC
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capability
• Proficiency in Power BI and management reporting tools
