The Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a strong advantage for those who have worked in the facility management industry. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic support for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: o Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting o Support the procurement function o Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting o Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements o Lead cash flow planning, treasury management, and financial risk assessment o Support senior leadership with financial insights and data-driven recommendations o Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high-quality output o Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed o Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy o Monitor cost controls and support financial planning for projects and operations o Manage vendor payments, receivables, and financial reconciliations



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting along with a professional degree (Chartered Accountant or CA Inter, CPA, ACCA preferred) o 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the facility management industry o Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles o Proficiency in financial management systems and MS Excel o Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills o Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities o Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
