Job Position - Assistant Finance Executive
Company Name - Dubai Precast LLC
Responsibilities:
- Handle cheque and TT preparation, payment vouchers and supplier checklists.
- Obtain approvals from authorized signatories and release cheques with proper documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all cheques, PDC status, and security cheques.
- Prepare receipts for client payments, scrap sales, and miscellaneous transactions (EID, fines, insurance, etc.).
- Respond to supplier payment inquiries and email cheque details when required.
- Support external and internal audits through accurate filing and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of total experience.
- Freshers in the UAE can also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic accounting/payment knowledge.
