The PR & Digital Marketing expert will provides and implements PR strategies, campaigns and initiatives to enhance the University\xe2\x80\x99s reputation. In addition to implementing public relations\xe2\x80\x99 programs that help achieve a wide-range of business objectives, he/she provides leadership and serves as an advocate for the University. The candidate must also develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Planning, developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies; including both conventional and digital initiatives; 2. Build media relationships with local, regional and international media; 3. Craft a robust, effective, creative, and forward-thinking online PR strategy; 4. Enhance University brand awareness through advertising practices, including advertising venues and media, ad planning sessions, and presentations; 5. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, re-targeting, social media and display advertising campaigns; 6. Design, build and maintain our social media presence; 7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals; 8. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; 9. Lead publishing, press briefings, media familiarization trips, and speech writing for top University officials; 10. Develop external partnerships to enhance the University\xe2\x80\x99s relations with the wider community. 11. Able to travel for attending/organizing international events

Minimum Qualification
At least a Bachelor\'s degree in public relations, journalism, mass communication, marketing, digital marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualification
Proficient in oral and written English
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet search applications
Strong leadership skills, engaging personality, and public speaking
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Robust knowledge of communications best practices
Detail oriented, with strong written and editing skills
Critical thinking-ability to see and consider the bigger picture.
