- Design, Install, monitor and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team.
- Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution.
Install and update XenApp/XenDesktop (Citrix virtual apps &desktops) site, design and plan Citrix CVAD environments and develop the infrastructure that the Citrix site run on .- Undertake any Citrix based installations, maintenance, integration and upgrade projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, vendors and other IT teams.
- Responsible to deploy and design the Citrix infrastructure
- Good hands-on experience in both legacy (XenApp & PVS) and New Infra (XA1912.LTSR & MCS) Citrix.
- Setting Up Citrix Components like License Server, Storefront, Delivery Controller, Director, Receiver/Workspace App.
- Setting Up XenDesktop Resources like Server/Desktop OS Master Images and optimization and hardening.
- Configuring the Master Target Device, Creating Machine Catalog and Delivery group as per the requirement.
- Managing Citrix licensing & terminal services licensing and windows terminal server
- Responsible for managing multiple Clients Citrix Infrastructure, including monitoring, creating reports and documentations.
- Responsible to resolve all the technical issues for Citrix
- Creating and managing the HLD and LLD documents for the Citrix environment Involved in major escalations.
- Performing 3rd line administrative and technical duties to provide management & remediation for known issues.
- Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution.
- Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers, software and other hardware directly or with the team members.
- Assist in defining, maintaining and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business.
