About the role

As an Assistant, Employee Residences, you will provide the employee residence department with the support and co-ordination of all administrative related issues in the department, in addition to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external colleagues. You will also provide assistance to colleagues of all employee residence and HR related concerns, as well as warmly greet external/internal clients and handle their requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Other duties include but are not limited to maintaining reception details and update report/summary weekly, issue and collect ID Cards, assist with programming Sipass through security and assist with other administration tasks.

About you

Ideally, we would like you to have a relevant bachelor\'s degree or higher education in HR or a business administration field, as well as 1-2 years\' experience within an administration position, preferably within a 5* hotel, or resort.

In addition to the above, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be professional, personable, friendly, dedicated and well groomed. You will also be proficient in all MS Office Programs, Internet, Oracle HRMS Systems.
