Job Title Warehouse Assistant

Key Accountabilities:

• Receive all the store related materials
• Check the materials and input in receiving records.
• Tools inventory to be maintained.
• Tools issue and receipt records to be maintained.
• Weekly reports of tools status and requirement list to be submitted to the managers.
• New machine tools, books and service kits to be stored separately with receiving document and to release with proper approval.
• Arrangement and ahead planning for delivery to Mechanic to reduce receipt timings.
• Collect and arrange the special tools of the floor on the daily basis.
• To arrange the required repair manuals for the Mechanic/Electrician with proper documentation.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Qualifications: High School or Equivalent
• Experience : 2-3 years' experience as warehouse incharge in the same or similar field.
