Preparing food for restaurants in the commissionary kitchen
Perform task necessary to achieve food quality and safety in the commissionary safety production environment, including maintaining inventory, production efficiency, and meeting safety, cleanliness, and sanitization standard
Work collaboratively with other team members, managers, and departments ensuring the success of the facility minimizing outages and waste
Work independently with minimal oversight and complete task with honesty and integrity
Ensure food and other products are consistently prepared and served according to the kitchen process, recipes, portioning, and cooking
Ensure food safety cleanliness and sanitation standard followed by properly adhering to other states and local requirements for food safety.
