Job Description
We are looking to hire the Assistant Cook candidates to work with our company for a potential contract with a major Healthcare facility based in Qatar. Candidate Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of food preparation
- Have already worked within a kitchen area for a minimum of one-year in a reputable Healthcare Facility.
- Able to communicate in English and any other language is a plus.
- Basic level of Food safety/HACCP training.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation of soups, salads, b/fast, chapattis, paratha, poori and rice.
- To assist in mis-en-place.
- To ensure proper mopping and cleanliness of the kitchen
- To observe all safety rules and procedures.
- To ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in dangerous state.
- To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followed and hazards/near miss and accidents are properly reported.
- To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE meetings.
- To sort out stores and maintain stores including meat, fish, vegetable freezers and dry stores in a neat and orderly manner.
- To sort out/dispose the garbage after each shift.
