Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares complex technical projects in the construction field, approaching innovative and efficient solutions Proposes advanced technical solutions for construction objectives, taking into account both functional and aesthetic aspects Develops complete technical documentation, including technical projects, specifications and execution details, in accordance with current regulations and legislation Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure project budget compliance and find optimal economic solutions Performs static and dynamic calculations for load-bearing structures, including foundations and metal supports for equipment Develop lists of materials required for assigned projects Prepares estimates for construction work, ensuring the accuracy of estimates Prepares detailed technical documentation for the execution of structures and construction works

Job Experience
Higher education diploma in construction Minimum 4 years of previous experience in designing construction projects Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Robot, Advance Steel and Revit programs Solid knowledge of construction regulations and standards Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Proactive attitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
