The role of the Assistant Company Manager is to support the Company Manager and Production Management Team in executing logistics and personnel support for the 2026 New Year's Eve celebrations in Dubai, produced in conjunction with Emaar Properties. This position is local to Dubai and will rely heavily on knowledge of the Dubai market, local suppliers, and business culture. The Assistant Company Manager will help coordinate travel, accommodations, catering, staffing support, daily operations, and local vendor relations. The role reports to the Company Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Company Manager in the coordination of production and personnel logistics in line with project timelines and deliverables.
Liaise with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure accommodation, transportation, and crew-related services in Dubai.
Support the processing of visas, Emirates IDs, SIM cards, and bank accounts in collaboration with the production team.
Provide on-the-ground assistance fo rinternational and local team members arriving in the UAE, including airport pickups, onboarding, and housing check-ins.
Ensure that Arabic-and English-speaking staff and suppliers are aligned and supported through culturally sensitive communication and documentation.
Monitor staff welfare and morale through regular check-ins, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all personnel.
Assist with document collection, data entry, daily reporting, and internal communications between departments.
Support budget tracking and vendor payment processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Attend meetings with production team leads as needed to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of Dubai's local business landscape, including hotels, staffing agencies, government offices, and service providers.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity.
Experience working with diverse teams oninternational projeccts (expereice with events particularly helpful)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt quickly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail and deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and visa processes is a strong asset.
Previous experience in live events, performing arts, or entertainment production is a plus.
Comfortable working long or irregular hours during peak production periods.

Pay: AED3,675.00 - AED5,500.00 per week
