Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Clinic Manager
to oversee the daily operations of a well-establishedaesthetic clinic
in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of aesthetic clinic operations, patient experience management, and compliance with DOH regulations.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards Supervise and lead medical, nursing, and front-office staff Ensure compliance with
DOH regulations, policies, and audits
Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization Maintain high standards ofpatient care and customer experience
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for treatment planning Oversee clinic hygiene, safety standards, and infection control protocols Manage staff rosters, attendance, performance evaluations, and training Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment and onboarding Oversee inventory management, consumables, and equipment maintenance Prepare operational reports and submit updates to managementJob Type: Full-time
