Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Inspecting work areas, both during and after cleaning, to ensure they meet the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Distributing cleaning tasks to staff, ensuring they are completed to the required standards. Monitoring and managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Ensuring cleaning equipment is well-maintained and safe to use. Providing training on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and proper use of equipment. Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to cleaning services. Creating and managing work schedules for the cleaning team, including allocating staff for specific shifts and covering absences.
Salary: AED1,600 plus Food and Accommodation provided by Company
