Assistant Butlers Managers | Dubai | New Opening Ultra Luxury HotelWe are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT BUTLERS MANAGERS to join the team of new opening, ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai.Our client is one of the most seek employers in the UAE in the hospitality industry. Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guides.IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The opening is planned for October 2024. Selected candidates will be required to join before October. Interviews process is immediate with job offers given if selected.Key Responsibilities as Assistant Butlers Managers:

• Assist the Butlers Manager in overseeing the butler team to ensure seamless and personalized service for our discerning guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of excellence in guest relations, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with grace and professionalism.
• Train, mentor, and motivate butlers to deliver exceptional service in line with the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination in providing unparalleled guest experiences.
• Uphold the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s image of sophistication and luxury through immaculate presentation and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a strong background in butler service preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to luxury.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of the guests and the hotel.
• Clear criminal record
• Clear medical bill
• Passport valid at least 2 more years

Salary Package:

• Gross salary AED 9000 (60% basic, 40% accommodation and travel)
• Service charge of approx. AED 1800
