Key Responsibilities: Event management:
- Planning events for the assigned brands: communication with organizers, creative agencies, speakers\xe2\x80\x99 engagement and content development
- HCC process for Speaker engagement programs
- Collect and analyze medical visits insights
- Follow-up on implementation of new e-detailers & leave behinds including Veeva process
- Follow-up on health compliance procedures
- Create a tracking file for Nicorette & Regaine visibility in top accounts per market
- Organize monthly product knowledge trainings for Regaine beauty advisors
- Participate to the development of seasonal brand activation toolkits
- Collect and analyze pharmacy sell-out data and share recommendations
- Budget management (PO process, tracking etc...)
- Monthly tracking of campaign results and recommendations based on performance
- Activations on e-commerce/e-pharmacy platforms

- Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
- Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation
- Candidates should come up agile ways to validate insights/products/hypothesis with consumers
- Ability to work in a global, matrix organization: good communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate and partner with people from different functions.
- Numerate with strong planning, analytical and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail and high willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
