Assistant Bar Manager
Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager Location: Bahrain Package: Negotiable Im currently supporting an amazing hotel group, with their search for an Assistant Bar Manager. This role would be positioned within one of their flagship venues, an incredibly boutique and luxury rooftop venue which operates on an all:day basis. The venue run daily business lunches, weekly brunches etc., and were looking for someone who has prior experience operating within luxury, high:end venues. This role will be reporting directly into the General Manager, and youll be part of a very intimate team : with the wider FOH team consisting of 10. Ideally, were looking for someone with a lot of personality and flair : someone WSET certified would be ideal too (as the beverage menus are carefully curated). Although this isnt necessary at this stage, ideally were looking for someone who has a strong commercial understanding: budgets, P and Ls, forecasts etc. but this can be taught and coached as part of your wider developpment. Candidates must have prior experience successfully managing/supervising bar teams in the GCC region.
