Key Responsibilities

Ensure products and services remain innovative and aligned with wellness and sustainability practices
Maintain adherence to service and quality standards through regular departmental presence
Lead service recovery efforts in response to guest concerns
Inspect bar operations, guest orders, and maintenance needs for timely action
Guide and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure beverage menus, wine lists, and amenities remain relevant and brand-aligned
Maintain thorough product knowledge, including wines and outlet specials
Manage monthly beverage inventory and cost controls
Support guest history updates to enhance personalized service
Ensure grooming, hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols are consistently upheld
Maintain clear communication with other departments to support smooth operations
Ensure ethical, lawful, and brand-aligned behavior across all departmental activities
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel beverage operations
Strong knowledge of food and beverage terminology and service standards
Experience with menu development, wine service, and inventory control
Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of local customs is beneficial
Familiarity with hygiene regulations, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
Leadership ability with proven team management experience in luxury service environments
