Assistant Bar Manager

What you will be doing:

• To oversee the daily operation of assigned Bars and to ensure that assigned public areas are kept clean, neat and tidy at all times.
• To act as liaison between the Bar Manager and the Bar Staff in order to identify the strengths and potentials of each person and to assign them to the location best suited to their talents.
• To train, coach, council, support and delegate all of the Bar Staff.
• To supervise the daily operation of all the Bars as well as the duties of all of the Bar Staff.
• To provide Beverage service to the service Staff in assigned BarKeeps the bar well-stocked at all times, and maintains cleanliness and best possible maintenance of the bar counter and all related areas.
• To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in assigned pantries and Bars and to oversee the cleaning procedures in all Bar.
• To monitor the inventories of lockers and to ensure that they are all kept organized, clean and tidy at all times and in accordance to safety rules and regulations

Your experience and skills include:

• Guest focused personality is essential
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
