Support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing this award winning restaurant's Bar operations. Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You'll support your team by leading by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing great dining experiences for our guests. To understand and adhere to Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and to always be looking to recommend improvements to those procedures. To professionally set up bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes. Driving standards throughout the team through implementation of trainings, coaching, feedback and briefings for all team members in the restaurant and bar. Manages a sophisticated Bar Service, elevate the Guest Experience and Adhere to stringent alcoholic beverage Licensing Regulations. Strategically Boosts Revenue and Elevates the Average Spend per Guest through strategic Upselling, extraordinary Customer Service, effective Training, and Motivational Techniques. Showcases an in-depth Knowledge of All Bar Beverages to verify their preparation according to recipe and presentation, as well as coach the bartenders on the Correct Beverage Standard

Qualifications

Min 2+ years' experience in a similar leadership role in a busy, bustling Bar Operations for a similar concept in UAE. Bartending certification Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once. Passion for hospitality - you're all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues. You're a great communicator - both verbally and written - and a great listener.
