Qualifications and Experience
Doctoral degree in Nursing (PhD) / Adult Critical Care Nursing from a well-reputed university
Demonstrated clinical expertise in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Record of, or potential for, scholarly contributions (publications, research funding, presentations)
Graduate of accredited universities using the credit hour system, with English as the medium of instruction
Minimum of
two (2) years
of teaching experience
Experience in supervising student projects and thesis dissertations
Proficiency in using educational technologies (presentations, e-learning systems, reporting tools)
Preference will be given to candidates with strong research output and relevant industry experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and deliver courses within the specified discipline, in alignment with the University's three core standards:
Teaching, Research, and Service
Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support student success
Research, organize, and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks
Identify and apply effective methods, procedures, and resources to achieve course objectives
Support and participate in accreditation activities
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team
Strong skills in creating, composing, and editing written materials
Program planning and implementation skills
Knowledge of computerized student information systems
