Job Description

Principal Accountabilities Leadership \xc2\xb7 Develop and achieve asset management framework delivery strategies, budgets and other key performance deliverables \xc2\xb7 Facilitate and Manage Asset Management activities to ensure delivery of best value for the client from its assets, production and maintenance of data, AFM technology \xc2\xb7 Review service delivery performance with the team and steer action plans to achieve contract deliverables, positive value-adding outcomes in coordination with DoAMP other Client Departments \xc2\xb7 Lead the Assets Management Assistant team to own the correct, reliable and compliant Data, and facilitate objective driven reporting \xc2\xb7 Facilitate Contract variation and TPS management, in coordination with Contract Assistant Manager and Procurement department Lead the team to ensure sustained performance by ensuring motivation via professional development, coaching, mentoring and performance orientation. Ensure department and team / individual meet performance objectives, including amongst others annual contract budgets, leave, attrition, and performance appraisals. \xc2\xb7 Work with the DoAMP and the client on the development of new asset management and contracting models to bring the best value and best practice in line with the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and strategy. \xc2\xb7 In conjunction with the DoAMP, ensure meeting of the contractual obligations of Company to the client. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the sustainability strategy shared with DoAMP, Client and BT team. Any other duties that may be assigned by the DoAMP Asset Management & Continuous Improvement \xc2\xb7 Support the definition and execution of Clients Strategy to deliver optimum defined and quantified value in performance and cost control from all physical assets, in line with ISO Standards. \xc2\xb7 Drive ISO standards implementation in coordination with BT Team \xc2\xb7 Assist and Facilitate the development and implementation of effective and value-oriented short and long term Asset Management Plans to support the capital investment planning process, including a long-range Life Cycle forecast model \xc2\xb7 Oversee the creation of and maintain accurate asset register of the client\xe2\x80\x99s assets in the approved structure. Drive a best value best practice asset management mindset, through knowledge sharing and other professional development methods of Facilities Management employees. Implement innovation and continuous improvement opportunities across the client\xe2\x80\x99s assets. Review the implementation of the energy management and sustainability plan for the site \xc2\xb7 Review and oversee implementation of FM business continuity plan, and support its execution Develop and deliver the FM risk management framework, encompassing all FM activities. FM Operational Planning \xc2\xb7 In assistance with DoAMP own and develop a long-term operational plan for Clients assets. \xc2\xb7 Review the preparation and implementation of the annual FM plans and coordinate with procurement for all required suppliers, to deliver optimal service maximize asset and equipment availability and optimize FM costs. Monitor the performance of delivered services against the plan. \xc2\xb7 Review of service provider maintenance plans, operational requirements and the contracting model. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the implementation of all FM Operational Quality strategies, in alignment with corporate policies and procedures. Data & Analytics \xc2\xb7 Own and oversee the Data Management key accountabilities \xc2\xb7 Guarantee Document management integrity as a process Lead the development, implementation, and manage plans, governance and systems for the receipt and administration of asset data systems, such as BIM, CADD, etc. in coordination with BT Team. Financial Budgeting & Controls \xc2\xb7 Oversee the development and the reporting of monthly technical and financial performance and forecasts and other relevant reports i.e. dashboards for performance management purposes to client and senior management. \xc2\xb7 Drive the budget planning and forecasting timetable in order to develop and monitor the AFM budgets \xc2\xb7 Oversee the analysis of financial data to provide insights to support the decision-making and operations of the Facilities Managers in the Dashboard format \xc2\xb7 Drive the process of providing correct and timely invoicing data Contract Management \xc2\xb7 In assistant with Contracts Assistant Manager drive Contract Variations with the impact it has on the operations (process, Third party, billing) \xc2\xb7 In assistant with Contracts Assistant Manager drive Suppliers Performance Management System implementation and communication with suppliers on periodic basis as required \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely management of TPS performance and invoicing
